A booking is confirmed once we receive your completed booking details and the required deposit. Upon confirmation, you will receive a booking confirmation and itinerary.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of your safari, as specified in your booking confirmation.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other approved payment method.
All prices are quoted in the agreed currency unless stated otherwise. Prices include only the services listed in your itinerary and may be subject to change before booking confirmation due to government taxes, park fee adjustments, or supplier price changes.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and costs already incurred for accommodation, transport, park permits, flights, and other third-party services.
Applicable cancellation charges may apply.
If you wish to modify your itinerary after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional costs may apply depending on availability and supplier policies.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, travel insurance, and any other documents required for entry into Tanzania.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, personal belongings, and travel delays.
Guests should ensure they are medically fit for their chosen activities. Special dietary requirements or medical conditions should be disclosed before travel.
Safaris involve encounters with wild animals. Guests must follow the instructions of guides and lodge staff at all times. Entrance Tanzania Safaris cannot be held responsible for incidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
Accommodation is subject to availability. If a booked property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a similar or higher-standard alternative will be provided whenever possible.
Transportation is provided using professionally maintained safari vehicles operated by experienced drivers and guides.
Entrance Tanzania Safaris shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, airline disruptions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
While we take every reasonable precaution to provide safe and enjoyable travel experiences, Entrance Tanzania Safaris shall not be liable for loss, injury, damage, theft, delays, accidents, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our direct control or the actions of third-party suppliers.
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Entrance Tanzania Safaris may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in marketing materials should notify us before travel.
We strive to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date. However, itineraries, prices, accommodations, and services may change without prior notice.
Personal information provided during the booking process is used solely for arranging your travel and delivering our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with unrelated third parties except where necessary to complete your booking or comply with legal requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tanzania.
